Kerry Massage and Healing Space Hours:

Hours are Monday thru Sunday 9am to 9pm. By appt only, no walk-ins. Early Risers 7am-9am appt times-call to confirm appt availability.

Kerry Fernandez is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a 1990 graduate of the Swedish Institute College of Health Sciences in New York. She has also been a member of the American Massage Therapy Association since 1993. She has been studying yoga since 1995 including Iyengar and other Hatha yoga styles and is a certified yoga teacher through Shiva Shanti Yoga school. She continues to explore new methods in massage therapy and yoga that enhance her skills looking ultimately to create balance in her clients. She is raising 3 teenagers: her daughter, nephew and niece.

Kerry has also completed 100 hours of Adaptive Yoga training with Jillian Pransky at Yoga Works which includes Restorative Yoga, Chair Yoga, Somatic Movement, Meditation and Deep Relaxation and creating yoga programs for individuals and groups during times of illness, injury and chronic stress.
